Your presentation gift voucher will be emailed to you within 48 hours. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the special instructions box at checkout, and we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.


Once your voucher has been gifted, please email us at hello@midlandsvoiceacademy.com to arrange the recipient’s lessons.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance or lessons remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, either in full or in part, and cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection legislation.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named recipient (where applicable).

  • Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible services provided by Midlands Voice Academy.

  • Lessons booked using a gift voucher are subject to our standard booking, cancellation and attendance policies.

  • Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Midlands Voice Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
