After School, In School
Our dynamic & engaging classes happen immediately at the end of the school day, so students can safely be escorted from their classroom to the club.

Variety
Our classes are planned to include singing, movement, instruments, props, costumes & performances, all carefully tailored to support the National Curriculum and school values.

Safeguarding
Our company has a long history of providing excellence, with a focus on delivering performing arts & music provisions. All of our coaches are Fully DBS Checked and the company is fully insured.

Easy Payments
Our easy payments means that billing is termly. Please make a bank transfer as detailed below. Each session is just £5.

Please only complete the form if you are a brand new student to Midlands Voice Academy.
Once you have signed up using the form below, please make a bank transfer payment
to the account at the bottom of this page, as detailed below:

1) PERFORM & SHINE (Monday's) - £40, for classes on
Monday 12th May - Monday 7th July (8 weeks up to end of academic year)

2) SINGING CLUB (Tuesday's) - £20, for classes on
Tuesday 29th April - Tuesday 20th May (4 weeks up to May Half Term)

Midlands Voice Academy - After School Clubs
Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child into the After School Club at Midlands Voice Academy (MVA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment
-
To secure your child's place in the After School Club, an enrolment form must be completed for each child.

Payments of £5 per week should be paid for the upcoming term before lessons commence to secure your child's place. Places are on a first come first served basis upon receipt of payment.

Withdrawal from the Club

If you wish to withdraw your child from the After School Club, you must notify MVA by emailing hello@midlandsvoiceacademy.com to ensure another child may take the space.

No refunds will be provided for any payments made prior to the notice period ending, or for withdrawal before the end of a paid term.

Refunds & Transfers

All payments made to MVA are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that a session is missed by the child, no credit or refund will be issued for that session.

Changes to Sessions

MVA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary. In the event of a session cancellation by MVA, a credit will be applied towards the next month's payment.

General Terms

MVA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.

By continuing your child’s participation in the After School Club, you acknowledge and accept any such changes.

By completing the enrolment form, you consent to us securely storing your information for the purpose of safeguarding and emergency contacts. We will contact you with regards to the clubs and relevant information only.
