How it works...

After School, In School
Our dynamic, engaging classes start right after the school day finishes, with students safely escorted from their classroom to the club. -
High Energy
We spark creativity, confidence, and self-belief in a fun, friendly environment. -
Variety
Classes include singing, movement, instruments, props, costumes, and performances - all carefully tailored to support the National Curriculum and your school's values. -
Easy Payments
Termly billing via bank transfer. Sessions cost just £5 each. -
Safeguarding
All coaches are fully DBS-checked and insured. We have a long-standing commitment to excellence in performing arts and music education.

- After School Clubs Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child into the After School Club at Midlands Voice Academy (MVA), you'll be agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

To secure your child's place in the After School Club, an enrolment form must be completed for each child.

Payments of £5 per week should be paid for the upcoming term before lessons commence to secure your child's place. Places are on a first come first served basis upon receipt of payment.

Withdrawal from the Club

If you wish to withdraw your child from the After School Club, you must notify MVA by emailing hello@midlandsvoiceacademy.com to ensure another child may take the space.

No refunds will be provided for any payments made prior to the notice period ending, or for withdrawal before the end of a paid term.

Refunds & Transfers

All payments made to MVA are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that a session is missed by the child, no credit or refund will be issued for that session.

Changes to Sessions

MVA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary. In the event of a session cancellation by MVA, a credit will be applied towards the next month's payment.

General Terms

MVA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.

By continuing your child’s participation in the After School Club, you acknowledge and accept any such changes.

All policies and procedures can be found on the MVA website.

By completing the enrolment form, you consent to us securely storing your information for the purpose of safeguarding and emergency contacts. We will contact you with regards to the clubs and relevant information only.
