Terms & Conditions – Music Lessons & Group Clubs
By enrolling your child in any Midlands Voice Academy Ltd (MVA) activity, including small group music lessons (2:1) and group clubs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
To secure your child’s place, a completed enrolment form is required for each child.
All fees must be paid in advance for the upcoming term or agreed billing period in order to confirm and retain your child’s place.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and are only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
Failure to make payment by the stated invoice deadline may result in the place being offered to another student.
2. Fees
All fees are set and communicated prior to the start of each term or billing period.
Fees cover your child’s reserved place within a small group lesson or club, and not individual attendance at each session.
3. Withdrawal & Notice
If you wish to withdraw your child from lessons or clubs, you must provide written notice via email to hello@midlandsvoiceacademy.com.
Withdrawal will take effect from the end of the current paid period.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Withdrawal part-way through a paid term

Non-attendance at sessions

Unused sessions within a paid period
4. Refunds & Missed Sessions
All payments made to MVA are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a child is unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided, as the place remains reserved.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Cover
MVA reserves the right to:

Reschedule sessions

Provide an alternative teacher
-
Make reasonable adjustments to lesson or club delivery
In the event that MVA cancels a session, a credit or suitable alternative will be offered at our discretion.
6. Group Structure (Music Lessons)
Music lessons are delivered in small groups (typically 2 students to 1 teacher).
While every effort is made to maintain consistent groupings, MVA reserves the right to adjust groupings where necessary to ensure the best learning experience.
7. Safeguarding & Conduct
All sessions are delivered by qualified, DBS-checked staff in line with MVA safeguarding policies.
Parents and students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other participants at all times. MVA reserves the right to withdraw a child’s place in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
8. Data Protection
By completing the enrolment form, you consent to MVA securely storing your information for:

Communication regarding lessons, clubs, and relevant updates
Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
MVA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued participation in lessons or clubs constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
10. Payment Details
Payments should be made via bank transfer using your child’s name as the reference:

11. Agreement
